This is a very low hour 23ft Regulator boat with twin electronic Yamaha F150s and power steering. It was sold new by Oyster Harbors Marine with a Polk Stereo, Garmin 8616xsv and Garmin VHF. This boat took on water at the dock due to a loose salt water washdown fitting and did not completely submerge but was traded on another new one.
